The course features basic social skills in verbal and nonverbal communication. The course shall also partly concentrate on the principal approaches of psychology. One of the schools of psychology to be presented is transaction analysis and PCA (person centered approach).

The theoretical principles will then be applied in practice. Cultivation of „soft skills“ (empathy, assertivity, authenticity).

Topics: 1) Basic terminology, 2) Elements of psychology of personality, 3) Nonverbal communication, 4) Training in practice.
