Students will become familiar with various institutions working with immigrants and other minorities.They learn how to apply theoretical knowledge and skills in practice. They will be able to communicate with the client with respect to its different cultural origin, especially here where they will apply the aforementioned theoretical knowledge. They are able to reflect the client’s situation and its development on this basis will be able to take adequate measures to improve it.

They will also be able to reflect on ethical dilemmas associated with the particular situation of a particular customer, but where they also reflect professional boundaries. Training placement is done continuously two weeks at the end of the winter semester of the third year. Students choose among NGOs that their activities are directed towards immigrants, ethnic or other minorities.

In addition, they can focus on humanitarian organizations working abroad. There are more students can apply their knowledge in the field of anthropology, psychology, pedagogy, cultural studies and other disciplines. The course consists of three basic areas covered by the student during the internship under the guidance of tutor focuses on the workplace which: 1) Understand the organization and the specifics of the work equipment. 2) Individual work with clients under the supervision of a tutor. 3) Processing of documentation about the client under the guidance of tutor.
