Borders & Dialogue

27/06/2020

Dear students,

We are pleased to announce that we received a grant from International Visegrad Fund and the following academic year will be filled not only with the usual excursions but also with meetings with our Polish colleagues from the University of Opole. You are welcome to join a meeting with our Polish colleagues, that will take place in Broumov on 23-26 November 2020. During our stay in Broumov, we will plant trees, participate a lecture by Petr Bergmann (focused on the cultural heritage of Broumov). Furthermore, you can also look forward to meeting a Polish poet, Antoni Matuszkiewicz. In April 2021, some of you can go to the beautiful Moszna Castle (Poland, near the town of Opole) to meet your Polish colleagues again. We hope that we will meet in Broumov in large numbers.

And best of all: most of the costs are covered by the International Visegrad Fund! You can join the stay in Broumov and Opole (almost) gratis.

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
